However, to ensure high level of quality and customer satisfaction, each product is carefully tested and inspected for functionality once again shortly before shipment.

If your item still arrives damaged or the sound function is not working properly, please contact us at info@tamilsoundbooks.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Returned items must be shipped within 14 days after delivery.
