2. Products

Tamil Soundbooks sells physical products only and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure the highest quality standards, every product is carefully checked right before it is shipped.

Product Safety: Please use this product only for its intended purpose. Adult supervision is required for children under the age of 3 while using this product.

Intellectual Property: All content, illustrations, audio recordings, text, and designs are protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction, distribution or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without written permission.

3. Orders

Orders must be placed through the official Tamil Soundbooks online store after official launch. After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email.
CS GmbH reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as:

suspected fraud
incorrect pricing
product unavailability

If an order must be cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

As CS GmbH is not registered for VAT, no VAT is charged.

6. Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging as received.

All physical goods sold by Tamil Soundbooks are covered by the statutory warranty under Swiss law, typically two years for consumer goods.

8. Liability

CS GmbH shall only be liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded where permitted by law.

9. Retention of Title

All products remain the property of CS GmbH until full payment has been received.

10. Force Majeure

CS GmbH shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

As learning soundbooks contain electronic components, opened or damaged products may only be eligible for replacement in the event of a manufacturing defect or technical issue. However, to ensure high level of quality and customer satisfaction, each product is carefully tested and inspected for functionality once again shortly before shipment.

If your item still arrives damaged or the sound function is not working properly, please contact us at info@tamilsoundbooks.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Returned items must be shipped within 14 days after delivery.
